This page will detail and explain how to beat the staff ghost on Luigi Raceway in Mario Kart 64.
1. When starting the race, use a rocket start or boost and start a power slide on the first left turn. Get as many mini turbos as you can without going off the course until you get to the tunnel.
2. As you go into and come out of the tunnel, you can slide and get two mini turbos. You can get one mini turbo while going into the tunnel and one while coming out of it.
3. When exiting the tunnel and reaching the left turn, cut into the sand or grass, start a slide or mini turbo, and use all of your mushrooms around the inside of the turn (one at a time). Once you use your last mushroom, go back onto the road and start the next lap.
4. On laps 2 and 3, repeat steps 1 and 2 and instead of cutting into the grass when you exit the tunnel, slide around the left turn on the road while getting as many mini turbos as you can.
